What really sold it was the Toyota specific model that fit my dash. I have a 2013 BRZ and I added the 1 piece dash when I installed. All I had to do was pop the plastic frame off the 1 piece dash and it fits flush. No ugly brackets! It also came with a plug and play harness that worked 90% out of the box. To get it to work 100% I had to connect the blue and white wire on the HU's harness to the brown wire located at pin 9 in my car's 10 pin connector. (That last bit is for anyone one who found this via the search function because their door speakers wouldn't work after install, I searched for a while to get clear info on that)

Is it the snappiest head unit? No but its way better than stock. Does it have amazing sound? To me it sounds great, better than stock but if you are doing a real audio build you probably have different standards than I do. All and all I'd say at $259 for the 2gb model its a great buy.

is it gonna fit the old trim piece on your 2013? (*2 piece one) :O Sorry just started researching on these.
