3 weeks ago I brought my BRZ into the shop because of a clicking/tapping noise on the driver side of the engine bay. The tech there said it was the high pressure fuel pump and went ahead and replaced it. Got the car back yesterday and it's still making the same noise. Now the tech is claiming "they all sound like that, it has to do with the engine switching between port and direct injection" from what I've seen online it sounds more like a rocker arm to me.
