I can remove the first spark plug in about fifteen to twenty minutes. They aren’t easy to get to on the twins, but anyone who has done them knows that it isn’t hard. Someone just needs a system. I have small hands, so after removing the injector cover, I can remove the coil and plug pretty quick without lifting the motor or anything the manual decribes.

But I get ya. I’m assuming a mid engine flat six would be a bitch to get access to, but maybe it is easier.
