I found the TSB for the BRZ. The new TOB began in 2017 with production model H*600825. So mine is good.
But if OP car is really built in 04/17, it's strange that you don't have the new TOB, because I took delivery of mine 04/20/17. But it's a BRZ, maybe the BRZ got the TOB before the 86, but as I'm typing this, it seems it doesn't make a lot of sense because there are built in the same factory.
