Depends on how much routine maintenance you're comfortable doing yourself.
Spark plugs, accessory drive belt and water pump need to be replaced roughly every 50,000 miles. Front brake rotors need replacement (roughly) every 60,000 miles, 100,000 miles for rear rotors. Caymans like to eat their window regulators prematurely. I'm not sure about the lifespan of the clutch on the 2.7, but for the 3.4 on average they only last around 100,000 miles. And that's a $2000-3000 job at a shop.
