I've thought of that. I'm
really sick of the head unit situation and I very much want a third pedal. One thing is I'm worried if the platform DOES die, I might not be able to get the car I want. And the dreamed-of 240hp doesn't really interest me if it comes with a price increase. I'm happy to header and flash the thing, but I don't want to do it to a vehicle I'm going to trade in.
Mostly though, I just want to find the right spot where my trade-in value is at its peak. I assume that's around 2 years, but... IDK.
