1. Copy stock MAF scale

2. Zero out Load Comp B

3. Zero out all three PI/DI ratio maps

4. Go logging. Closed-loop only. The more data, the better. Don't bother going for open-loop yet.

5. Feed data into VGI MAF scaling tool, filter out anything above 3.2V

6. Feed results into 86inches' maf shaping tool ( http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=75710). Follow instructions on first sheet. Put focus on 3V/60g/sec. Get this to 100% original(rescaled) value.

7. Go logging to verify.

8. Final fuel trim should be OK now. If not, adjust 3V cell slightly. Simply accept all changes done to the upper points.

9. Adjust 3.4 V upwards for open-loop manually. Don't adjust 3.20V rationally. Use it to smooth-out between 3.0V and 3.4V

10. Copy back stock di/pi ratio tables. Log.

11. Look for anomalies at 5200 RPM when PI kicks back in. Sudden lean or rich conditions indicate necessary changes to the PI scalar.

12. Done. Don't ever change maf tables for voltages <= 3.20 V ever again, else your open-loop scaling is toast and the story repeats over and over again.Further adjustments to the open-loop points are no problem.
