if you used an impact you did it entirely wrong. the proper sized bit on a 3/8" ratched pulled the bolts out with relative ease.

You could easily have a DIY version of the part but it's not going to be a nicely finished part that is an oem bolton replacement made by the same people who make a ton of other parts for the car.

If you do something like a real 10-point cage it's a pointless piece. I'm entirely happy with mine on my daily driver, it makes the car feel more premium and helped get rid of some creaks and pops that my poor 77k miles chassis had.
