If you don't change the crank pulley too, then you won't see much gains. The guys at Nasioc are saying for years that most of the gains are given by the crank pulley. Think that you gain close to 2kg with the crank pulley. With the other pulleys you gain at most 100-150 grams. If you don't want to touch the crank pulley and want to have whatever kind of damping, then it is not worth it in my opinion.
