The trunk is where we can do something as a DIY bolt on. Can't find any confirmed weights of stock trunk with stock boomerang wing. A real CF trunk while staying wingless should save a good chunk of weight, or adding back on a stock style or duckbill in real CF. The problem is most of these parts are sold to ricers who just want the cool appearance aspect. Its proving difficult to get any confirmed weights out there of the aftermarket trunks.

MPH fabrication posted a 4 lb trunk for an Impreza, I bet he could get something almost or just as light for a BRZ. He also listed his hood on here which weighs less than stock. Specific links are hard to come by, people say lots of things buy actual weights on these pieces are hard to come by.
