FI = Tires,Clutch,Brakes, possibly suspension for the heavier weight on the NOSE. Worse weight distribution. Engine braking or wearing down quicker
Lightness you can decide how far you want to go or compromise but you increase all areas of performance. Acceleration, Braking, Cornering, MPG, Less wear & tear on engine.
Both are going to cost $$$$
