Realistically, the only major f-up so far was high pressure fuel pump being noisy for some when used with 10% ethanol (US) gasoline. Toyota-Subie should take care of it.

It's not high tech but we have no idea how long they'll last. And not being high tech doesn't mean it won't cost a boat load of cash to fix if need be.
