A bit off topic but I used to feel a rather uneasy and rougher than usual idle on my old 2005 Camry. This was made better by changing oil, then again, it was more noticeable when oil was approaching the 5k oil change interval I used to go by with 10w30 Mobil 1 Synthetic.

Then again, I'm basically too "sensitive" sometimes. Probably not completely related to motor oil though (also, a much older, higher mileage engine).
