Same here and with 39000 miles and approx. 25000 of it FI, no issues so far...
So lucky if OP is still in the powertrain warranty term.
I don't think the flywheel can prove abuse, but maybe Techsteam could.
They probably think there was a power shift but in the end I'd bet OP will get some concession from Toyota.
