Wheel bearing? Maybe? Usually that's a fwd problem, or a rear wheel bearing for rwd cars. Maybe your the lucky one in the 10% where it does fail.
A bad wheel bearing is easy to check, just jack up one wheel and check for any noise/wobble while holding at 12 & 6 or 9 & 3 or anywhere in between.
I'm putting my money on the struts just because they have been recently replaced.
Heck it might even be not suspension related. The last guy I read with a clicking sound ended up being a lose heat shield.
Another part I forgot is the ball joints.
