None of which are high-tech or new to the world. If by 30K car will be giving any problems (30K - first major service), then and only then it makes sense to look into extended warranties. Or to consider an upgrade, which I don't think will be necessary.
Realistically, the only major f-up so far was high pressure fuel pump being noisy for some when used with 10% ethanol (US) gasoline. Toyota-Subie should take care of it.
