For the average tuner I would expect no benefit of a wider range sensor. It does have some input to the fueling calculations but not in a detrimental way if you don't change it. Your tuner could add some form of MAP compensation table, but whether it would be noticeable/useful...... or just a "nice to have."

You'd obviously have to have the tune changed to reflect the change in sensor.
