I once saw a customer complaint passing through the system (I watched everything at the time so we could respond quickly if there were an actual issue someone discovered - shortly after site launch on a new platform).
"I am sorry we can not book using your site, but it does not let us choose Lord and Lady when providing our names. We had to shop elsewhere."
