Since grilling steaks came up I must add that pan frying a steak is a very unorthodox but can produce some great results.
I have almost stopped grilling and have been pan frying all my steaks lately.
I watched a clip of that English cooking guy who swears a lot pan frying and after going pan, I'm hooked.
Is that pansexual because I've heard that word thrown around recently? I think I'm pansexual and I don't care who knows.
