I can try to help from a technical perspective, but I've got no in-person experience with any of the modifications you are referring to.
If you compile weights and outer diameters of the parts you are changing (stock and aftermarket) here I can give you a decent estimate of straight line performance change based on weight/inertia sometime this weekend. The model isnt ready for prime time yet otherwise I'd just post that. Also that assumes you are relatively close to stock performance. If that's not the case, let me know and we can find a workaround.
The model won't account for vibration, but it seems the design of the fluidampr is more focused on protection than performance. From what I can tell, the vibration energy is transferred to the silicon and lost as heat for the most part.
