Need to drain/clean the windshield Wiper resevior

So last night at the begining of my 300 mile trip back to miami... a bug splattered on my windshield. I begin to spray the wiper fluid on the window and the wipers starts to smudge oil on both sides of my windshield..

I pull over when i get a chance and inspect everything... Looks like i have some algae in the wiper tank.

I want to clean out/ flush the tank with some dishwashing soap and a drop of bleach but i would need to drain the frickin thing first and i cant find any info on it.

I dont want to just push everything through the system as i dont want algae clogging up the nozzles. I cant find a drain on it... I can only find the pump, but no info on how to remove it.

Help Me :Insert Kevin Hart meme Here:
