It's totaled. Don't drive it. You risk overheating the hydroacclator and blowing up. It's right under your nuts. But don't worry I'll buy that death trap for $200 and a six pack.
Ok that enough of that I'll be nice.
It's fine, your 100% safe to keep driving it.
All that goo is lube for the slider pin.
Eventually you should replace the rubber boot and re lube it up. But you can get away with it for a few 50k miles. Or none at all. Your call, flip a coin or see how much time and effort you want to spend on it.
