I was backing up such a small incline wasn’t giving it much gas but the engine stalled. At first I thought the parking break was still partly on but it wasn’t. Next was at my driveway where I usually don’t stop but for some reason I had stopped and it’s also a minor incline and I don’t figure that I need to gas it so much and it stalled again.

Before these two instances had been driving around with hill start for a couple weeks without incident. I think it was mainly a problem on small incline where I wasn’t giving it much gas and didn’t remember I’d need extra gas to overcome brake hold.
