Yes I have this as well, replaced original clutch with exedy OEM clutch kit and 2017+ OEM TOB. Before I would hear the lugging, now I hear the lugging in addition to a very unique rattling (To me sounds more like a constant grind / growl) for a split second. However clutch is fine and doesn't slip or anything. Just another noise to add to the list...
