18X9 +45 is right at the max width for springs. It either will rub on the spring perch or need a 3-5mm spacer in the front. It will fit in the back. Coils will fix this issue in the front, as the coil's springs have a smaller diameter than stock.

225/40 is a good size, if you get 1" drop springs or less, and run a spacer in the front.

245/35 will work if you get coilovers and have a way to adjust camber front and rear, like lca, camber bolts and/or some coils have camber adjustment in the tophat, some re-use the stpock tophats with no adjustment. read through this thread. find similar setups and compare their list of suspension mods.
