I'm going through the same nonsense. Always put 93 in it.
When I'm cruising in the morning to work barely goes up sometimes to .84 in that range.
After work I get on it a bit more plus its warmer out. Will eventually get to .94 - 1.
Though outside temperature could have something to do with it but don't know what else determines where it goes to and how long it takes.
Going to suck at the track when you turn off the car in between sessions and it will start all over again at .7
Would be much better if it could at least remember where it left off
