Don't mess around with it. If you do it when you first hear noise everything else will be fine. Wait to long it destroys everything related to the clutch.

Okay good call.
I start noticing a slight swoosh sound when I step on the clutch. There's been a squeaky sound with the clutch pedal for years but it comes and goes (noticeable only when the car is turned off). I switched to a grabbier clutch and pressure plate with a new TOB a year after I got the car (probably 30k ago).
You waited like 200k?
