I doubt any of the cams for our cars will ever do that.
Please believe I know what a cammed car sounds like.......

Point is, the only way not to be a poser is to actually have the parts. The computer will compensate, but you can only change a static mechanical setting so much. Cams will change the tone of idle and performance of the vehicle, tuning will do the rest.
