When I came back from New York last year we were sitting at the terminal when I got 2 emails, a text message, and 2 app notifications noting gate/time changes. Evidently nobody told the attendants at our original gate because they just stood there watching us all leave wondering what was going on

But then there will be a 4 hour delay where you just sit there without anybody even knowing why and no notifications at all.
