Suspension parts are here!

After a week of waiting, I was finally able to put them all on this weekend.

I also ordered some SPL lower control arms (2017+ design)

Started the install Friday night

I had a friend of mine help me, who is a little new to modding cars. Unfortunately, a top hat stud snapped due to being over torqued. I felt bad at how awful my friend felt after doing this, but accidents happen and there's always something that can go wrong with DIY installs.

Also, after all the mishap, the rear toe was way too out but it got too late, and I couldn't drive straight at all. Car would fish tail at 15 mph lol.

so I left the car at the friend's house and borrowed his s2k home. We continued Saturday evening.

To replace the broken stud, I pressed one of the stock top hat studs out. This took me far too long. A c-clamp was purchased which definitely helped, but was not the easiest tool to use for this job. After it was pressed out a little, I was able to hammer the rest out. If you break one, the stock one fits so there's that :P

I haven't taken any glamour shots after the rear toe was fixed, but here's a few while the toe was out:

I plan to get her aligned sometime this week (probably on the weekend), and she'll be good to go. Very impressed with the CSG spec Flex A and SPL control arms. I'm also very pleased with how the wheels turned out. I've never been a fan of silver wheels in general, but these look great and I may even opt to powder coat them satin black (RPF1 color) down the road when they get abused at the track.
