A few days ago I called Toyota corporate and filed a case for them to potentially buy my car back. Just entertaining my options. I don't think there's anything I can do at the dealer level regarding this. I'm now concerned about long-term reliability given all the poking and prodding, despite the new parts.
Won't hear back for 30 days, but I heard elsewhere that Toyota will only buy your car back if it's fairly new and after 3 separate repair attempts. Not sure about lemon law rules or it's applicability to my situation.
