every Country has stupid laws : ( in Italy for example I only am allowed to mount 17" with et47 cause we can t change the width of the wheel imprint on the road
then of course a lot of people put lower et's rims because Police men are not willing to measure it unless you have extreme values that goes out of the shape of the fenders
i can t put 16, 18 or 19" rims in my Brz unless they are "NAD" and "Sistema Ruota (wheel system, translated)" certified, and basically only OZ makes them (and just few models )
