It depends the person. Some will buy a heavily modified car no matter what, with the hope to buy it much cheaper than the sum of the parts. These are the opportunists. Others will not buy from an amateur person, but they will buy from a professional even if the parts are exactly the same. It is just that they cannot stand the personalization of the other. These are the selfish. Personally I would prefer to modify it myself. I like the idea of getting there step by step and gain knowledge. Would I ever sell it afterwards? Never and if I had to sell it, then I would know how to handle the above categories of people :b
