But why do that say "trace" amount of fuel, instead of just giving a numerical value like everything else?

I mean, does that translate to < 0.5, or > 2.0?

Fuel is present, but viscosity is pretty much the same as last time. I thought fuel dilution would affect viscosity a bit more than that. Hmmm...
