P2270 is not a "normal " code you would expect from removing a cat.

That code indicares you have a real problem like exhaist leak or bad o2 sensor or incoreectly installed front 02 sensor and it constantly reading lean afr.
If you getting that code you would also expect to see high positive fuel trims.
P0420 is the code for cat efficiency.
Post up a log of tune
With parameters below cruise idle and a wot run to redline
V4 tune iam intial is set to 0.7 so each time car stopped it resets to 0.7
