Clutch fluid should be treated the same as brake fluid, and changed at the same interval, which on a tracked DD vehicle should probably be yearly, and be sure to use a high quality DOT4 or 5.1. The only other maintenance item I didn't see was coolant, which I usually dump and refill every 3-5 years. Periodic checks of ball joints/bushings/tierod ends isn't a bad idea either.
