You have a strange definition for 'fitting perfect'. He rolled and pulled the fenders, and is running 215 width tires vs the 265s you've got. All of that to make it 'fit'. If you look at his other videos you'll see that he later added Rocket Bunny fender flares as well (he did a terrible installation job, by the way).
Return the wheels and get some that will actually fit.
