I just changed over my winter to my stock summers. Lifted from the rear diff and front frame as in the manual. Torqued to spec and all that fancy stuff. But now when I get in the car or the car goes back and forth there's squeeking coming from the rear. I'm not sure where it's coming from.

I also notice that my breaks are really firm getting into the car, then soften up as I start the car.

The act of jacking it up probably just moved something a bit. The squeak should go away.
The firm brakes is normal. When the car is not running the power assist is not working so they are firm. You probably just never noticed before.
