No, sorry, still driver error. Accepting it might prompt you to learn how to avoid that situation in the future. Denying it will ensure that it happens again.

I'm not picking on you. I could be a much better driver and make mistakes all the time myself. The difference is that you made a mistake and said it's the car's fault and the other driver's fault, where I make a mistake and say, "Damn, I really fucked that up." Then I consider what I could have done differently and avoid the problem next time.
