Cheapest will be the worst. And trust me, even some of the pricy ones are bad. I'd suggest one with at least 2 GB ram. Joying, eonon, dasaita are all good, plan to spend ~300 on one worth getting.
I have a Joying unit (1GB ram) and I need to keep Google play services disabled for it to run well.
