The general rule of thumb is that your oil needs to be at full operating temp for ~20 min for all normal amounts of condensation/fuel/contaminants to be removed. Obviously that's a pretty loose number, but you get the idea. As mentioned, take your car for a nice ride on the weekends and you should be good to go. It will easily survive 3000km under those conditions.
