The next day I started taking off the intake manifold and exhaust manifold

Couple hours later

Cleaned up all the pistons really well and put some oil in there

This is how the BRZ sits now. It's on the lift, engine ready to come out, I just have to disconnect the transmission.

Taking the trans out
