I found this to be the best solution for the 17+ with the fabric trim piece.
I wrapped the bracket and it turned out nicely. I paired it with magic mount and stuck the metal shim inside my OtterBox.
I highly recommend this to anybody, and support our forum member syience. Very prompt and shipping was fast.
