The street classes can change endlinks along with their swaybar. SSC is the only class that doesn't allow you to change endlinks when you change your swaybar.
Street has to keep the stock endlinks with the stock bar for whichever they don't change, but if you aren't swapping an endlink it doesn't matter if it is too rusty to remove.
