I bought a used stock cat yesterday, the one in the front pipe.
So i will switch it out bevore the test, but what about the header one?
Here in Austria they can do OBD2 only for i think 2004+ cars? but they can also still put a probe inside the exhaust. Friends told me that putting in the probe shoulnd't be a problem with frontpipe cat only cause it only reads turbidity value, but if they can read lambda values?
What will they see in OBD2 when i still have an decated header with stg2? I don't think they'll see that theres a different tune on it. It's a small open Workshop for all brands.
Here, where i live, noone got clue about this car. Most people don't even know it.
Even toyota and subaru Workshops got no clue about it , thats why i do most things by my own
