Unless the forensically examine the ECU, which is above dealership level, they can't tell if the ECU has been tuned. There's no system that they plug in which flashes a warning that a car has been tuned. If you have a non-stock EcuTek tune then they would not be able to flash it and may suspect the ECU is faulty, but otherwise their access is the same as normal.
Looking at that code, both P119F and P219A are for "BANK 1 AIR-FUEL RATIO IMBALANCE FOR PORT INJECTION". I would suggest to get the laptop in the car and log a few things. Maybe you're looking at an exhaust leak based on the only change. The fuel trims should be the give away on that if something is going awry.
