If you don't have JUST the two yellow lights on on your dash (WITHOUT the green light) then you haven't found the correct mode yet.

i know exactly which mode you re talking about, do not worry
maybe your car is different. I have a 2017 and if i press 3-4 even 7 seconds the trc off button when speed over 30 mph, full-off mode doesnt activate. I know because I tried even 10 minutes ago
Since i m reading now you re car is unavailable, I guess i ll upload a video of it not working like you re saying
