Emission Inspection OBD2 Lambda

Hey Guys,

I'm not sure who else has to do this because i think in most countries there are no regulations, but:
Here we have to do a Inspection once a year for emission values.
And im kinda nervous for sure as im fully catless right now, so i have some questions and i hope some here already got some experience.

If they only connect via OBD2 to read the values will it pass?
or if not is there a way to manipulate lambdas offset to let it look correctly?
Im running Stage2 tune flashed with tactrix.

If they put in a probe (not sure if its called this way) in the exhaust tips?
will it pass?
Is there something i can do? it would be cool to have a filter or something wich i can put inside the exhaust system only for the tests.

Or is the only option to buy a used frontpipe and switch it out? but lambda is between the header cats? so the frontpipe wouldn't help for OBD2 testing to.
I got stock header and frontpipe, both decated.

What should i do? Thanks for your opinions.
