I don't have to pay for college (at least in a monetary sense. I owe 10 years to the military instead), so its really what allowed me to do my first build. I figured if I saved properly and smartly I could space this build out for the next years to come. There is no way i could do it all at once! Plus I think that would be pretty foolish.
