Welp, if you knew where you were going and were driving within the speed limit, you shouldn't need to see either one while driving.
In these parts, they just passed a "distracted driving law" ...... which means that if you have a cell phone, a pack of cigarettes, a drink or anything to eat within reach, while sitting in a car, with the engine running, you can be fined .....
However, it's an "open carry" state, so you can have a loaded handgun on your lap while driving .....
